PROGRESS AND INNOVATION

• We keep modernizing and developing our technology park with energy-efficient machines, packaging solutions and waste-reducing devices
• We keep focusing on solutions that allow us to optimize and increase the production quality and efficiency
• We keep developing production technologies in terms of environmentally friendly solutions
• We source raw materials from certified and trusted suppliers
• We put a strong emphasis on the zero waste policy related to our raw materials
• We conduct comprehensive process controls at all production stages

SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITY

• We meet the international food safety standards defined by the Global G.A.P certificate.
  

  This standard defines the permitted plant protection agents and fertilization techniques, regulates the irrigation and waste management issues, and at the same time, takes into account the safety of the natural environment and the well-being of employees involved in production
• We meet the requirements of the IFS and BRC standards
  

  These standards ensure that our products have successfully passed specialist tests and inspections, are of high quality and completely safe for consumers
• Our plant is ASC-certified by Bureau Veritas
  

  The ASC standard ensures that we select fish from sustainable fisheries that have less impact on the ecosystem by leaving more fish in the seas and oceans, and favoring other marine animals. * look for further information on the label
• Our plant is MSC-certified by Bureau Veritas
  

  The MSC standard ensures that we select fish and seafood from responsible farms that do not pose any negative impact on the natural environment. * look for further information on the label

EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT

• We keep working on increasing our employees’ quality awareness
• We have introduced a series of trainings in the field of waste segregation in order to raise our employees’ environmental awareness
• We popularize our consumers’ healthy eating habits
• We cooperate with scientific institutions, research laboratories and experts

PRODUCTION AND TECHNOLOGIES

• We have purchased water-saving, energy-efficient machines that allow us to recover hot water and optimize our production
  

  Reduction by:

• We keep monitoring and regulating our production processes in order to reduce the amount of energy consumed by our machines
• We have implemented energy-efficient cooling technologies
• We have our own water treatment plants
• We have replaced our internal modes of transport from combustion to electric ones
• We have implemented energy-efficient LED lighting within our plant, offices and warehouses
• We have equipped our bathrooms with water-saving water taps with a motion sensor
• We keep reducing emissions by improving our industrial wastewater treatment systems
• We have an industrial wastewater neutralization system

PACKAGING AND ENVIRONMENT

• We have increased the rate of waste sent for recovery to 90%
• We cooperate with Eko Cykl Organizacja Odzysku Opakowań Inc. (Packaging Recovery Organization), through which we implement our obligation to conduct public educational campaigns
• We have completed our obligation to recycle packaging waste in at least 56%
• We have introduced packaging for sushi ready-made meals, which is 80% made of recycled materials
• We have changed the material for the label stickers used to pack sushi ready-made meals from foil to paper
• We have expanded the scope of waste segregation at source
• We have reduced the amount of generated waste by reusing selected packaging

Undernourishment is a global problem and children remain the most susceptible group, also in Poland. Lack of appropriate food products at a young age is a huge disadvantage. Another condition of young people’s development is mental health. Therefore, we proudly support the Polish Humanitarian Action (PAH) and its Pajacyk [Puppet] Program which provides Polish children with nutrition support and psychological help – another extremely important factor in these tough times.

The fate of children has huge meaning to us. This is the reason why we participate in UNICEF Poland program “Company with a heart”. Thanks to our participation in the program, we can really change the lives of children for the better. It is extremely important for us to actively participate in initiatives that protect children’s rights and health and provide help to children in greatest need.

It is great joy to support and contribute to the success and sports goals achieved by the Judo Academy and its highly talented, ambitious competitor Agata Szafran. The collaboration with the club is incredibly satisfying. The Academy is constantly developing and gradually becoming one of Poland’s most important judo organizations. We watch this with great pleasure. Its current members include medalists of Polish Youth Championships and events held abroad. Its coach Radosław Miśkiewicz has a big talent and is big-hearted to boot. The club constantly progresses under his management and the members are perfectly prepared for all the sports events in which they participate.

Each of our employees has free access to the entire product portfolio. If they want to support his local community, an initiative close to their heart, an event important to them, we try to help as much as possible. We are always ready to participate in everything that is important to our team members.
